The top four players in the world could all be missing when the HSBC World Match Play Championship takes place at Wentworth next month.

The event offers the biggest first prize in golf – £1m (€1.4m) – and Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh, Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els have all qualified.
