TV worker injured by falling tree at USPGA
A television worker broke his left leg and two others were less seriously hurt when a large limb of a tree snapped and fell as Tiger Woods was playing his second round in the USPGA championship today.
The broken leg victim, who was operating a boom microphone under the tree, was taken to hospital, while an assistant technician and a 60-year-old spectator were released after treatment on site for leg and arm injuries respectively.
