Duval set for exit from Open

Another early exit – after 11 out of 11 this season – looks a certainty for 2001 Open champion David Duval following a round of 80 today.

The 33-year-old former world number one, now 679th in the rankings, was level par after seven, but bogeyed the short eighth and came home in 43.
