Ruffled Rafferty misses Open place

Ireland's Ronan Rafferty, will not be teeing it up at the British Open at St Andrews after he was disqualified at qualifying in Lundin today.

Former European number one Rafferty failed to complete the 18th hole after finding his approach had finished out of bounds. He therefore disqualified for failing to return his scorecard.
