Kenneth Ferrie had yet another reward today for winning the European Open on Sunday – being paired with Ernie Els in the Barclays Scottish Open at Loch Lomond.

And the 26-year-old from Northumberland responded by picking up where he left off at the weekend, opening with a birdie.
