Kerr wins Michelob Ultra Open

American Cristie Kerr claimed her fifth career title with an impressive five-shot win in the Michelob Ultra Open at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia.

With Friday’s wash-out meaning that the final 36-holes had to be crammed into the final day, no-one could match Kerr’s eight-under-par 276 total that earned the €250,000 winner's cheque.

She had opened up a five-shot lead after a third round 68 and retained it with a closing 72.
