Olazabal rules out Cup bid

Despite reports to the contrary, Jose Maria Olazabal has not thrown his hat into the ring for the Ryder Cup captaincy.

“I don’t know where that story came from – I’ve never said anything about it,” said the Spaniard at the Nissan Open in Los Angeles.
