Ernie Els has won the WGC-American Express Championship at Kilkenny's Mount Juliet by one shot. He finished at -18 to Thomas Bjorn''s -17.

Darren Clarke finished T4 at -12, Padraig Harrington T6 at -11. Tiger Woods finished ninth at -10.
