Campbell grabs share of lead
New Zealand’s Michael Campbell today wasted no time in moving into a share of the lead in the early stages of the second round of the British Open.
Campbell, beaten to the Scottish Open title by France’s Thomas Levet on Sunday, holed from 18ft for a birdie on the opening hole to join Levet and England’s Paul Casey at the top of the leaderboard on five under par.
