Trevor Coulter has continued his giant-killing acts in the Magners North of Ireland Amateur Open Championship at Royal Portrush.

In this morning's semi-finals he defeated senior international Richard Kilpatrick at the 19th with birdie three, holing a 20-feet putt.

In this afternoon's final, the Massereene scratch player meets Rory Leonard from Banbridge who also claimed the scalp of a current international. Leonard beat Mark Campbell (Stackstown) by 2&1.
