Easy, Lee and Monty attract early attention

Ernie Els, Lee Westwood and Colin Montgomerie – three players with four wins on the Loch Lomond course between them – not surprisingly attracted the main attention after being paired together for the opening round of the Barclays Scottish Open today.

Els was the one with two wins to his name and he is the defending champion this week, but he was also the one to make the untidiest start.
