Stackstown’s Mark Campbell slayed his demons to win in the East of Ireland Amateur championship at Co Louth today.

The 24 year old Dubliner carded rounds of 71 and 73 on the final day to finish two shots clear of Co Sligo’s Sean McTernan and Ulster’s Robert Forsythe on six under par.
