A new administration for the Ryder Cup in Europe has been confirmed, with the European tour becoming the managing partner and the Professional Golfers Association the founding partner.

The reorganisation has been achieved by each of the bodies putting 50% of their shareholdings in Ryder Cup Ltd into a new joint venture. The agreed new structure sees the tour with 60% and the other two organisations 20% each.
