Bjorn surprised by his early success

Thomas Bjorn knows he can only make up for throwing away last year’s British Open by winning one of golf’s four majors.

The Players Championship in Florida is not in that prized quartet, but it is next nearest thing, richer than all of them, and Bjorn is in the hunt after an opening five-under-par 67.
