Forsyth makes early move

Scotland’s Alistair Forsyth stormed his way onto the leaderboard in picture-perfect conditions in the early stages of the second round of the SAA Open at Erinvale.

Forsyth, who sat nicely just behind the leaders after a first round 68, made the most of an early start on Friday to card three early birdies and move into second place on seven under after 13 holes.
