Fredrik Jacobson’s play-off victory in the Volvo Masters on Sunday has earned him the European Tour’s Asprey Golfer of the Month award for October.

The Valderrama event was the Swede’s third win of the season and swept him to fourth on the final Order of Merit and into the world’s top 20 for the first time.
