Monty makes handy start in Copenhagen

Colin Montgomerie showed no signs of the hand injury which forced him to withdraw from the British Open Championship in the early stages of the inaugural Nordic Open this morning.

Montgomerie injured his right hand when he tripped and fell in his hotel just hours before his first round at Royal St George’s last month.
