Argentina’s Angel Cabrera was given a warning as he equalled the largest 36-hole lead of the European Tour season in the Volvo Masters today.

Argentina’s Angel Cabrera was given a warning as he equalled the largest 36-hole lead of the European Tour season in the Volvo Masters today.

It came from Colin Montgomerie, who, after moving into a share of second place four strokes behind Cabrera at Valderrama, said: “No lead is insurmountable on this course.
