Fireworks at Ryder Cup's first match

The first match was providing most of the fireworks with a birdie necessary to win all of the first five holes at the Ryder Cup.

Paul Azinger had holed from 25 feet on the fourth to get the Americans back to all square and Tiger Woods had to hole from seven feet for a half at the fifth after Thomas Bjorn’s birdie.
