Karlsson in command

Robert Karlsson took total charge of the Omega European Masters golf in Switzerland today just as Lee Westwood seemed certain to crash out of it.

While the tall Swede added a 66 to his opening 65 for a superb 11-under-par halfway total of 131 - midway through the day he was 11 under par and five clear of the chasing pack - Westwood’s slump continued with a 74 and three-over aggregate.
