Smyth and Harrington in tie for third place

Irish duo Des Smyth and Padraig Harrington are tied for third place after the second round of the Open Championship in Muirfield, Scotland.

The pair are among five gofers tied on five under par. Smyth carded a two-under-par 69 today, while Harrington is three under for the day on the 14th hole.
