Limerick youth Tim Rice has reached this afternoon's quarter-finals in the North of Ireland Amateur Championship. Rice scratched out a 3&1 win today over Belvoir Park golfer Neil Cunningham and now meets Noel Crawford from Mourne.

Limerick youth Tim Rice has reached this afternoon's quarter-finals in the North of Ireland Amateur Championship. Rice scratched out a 3&1 win today over Belvoir Park golfer Neil Cunningham and now meets Noel Crawford from Mourne.

Crawford created the big surprise of the morning by beating international Mark Campbell (Stackstown) by 2&1.
