Golf: Goosen takes lead after day two

South Africa’s Retief Goosen has taken the lead at the Johnnie Walker Classic in Perth today after carding a second-round 68 to move to six under par.

Goosen is one shot clear of Thailand’s Thongchai Jaidee, who held the overnight lead.

New Zealand’s Steve Alker is in third place on four under par after knocking in seven birdies to record a flawless second-round 65.

Spain’s Sergio Garcia and Sweden’s Pierre Fulke are tied for fourth place on two under.
