Playing with fellow countryman Maarten Lafeber, Okker sank a seven wood at the 169-yard 13th at Carnoustie.

On the same course, Sir Bobby Charlton, partnering Peter Baker, sank his second shot to the 466-yard 10th for an eagle two, net one.
