Golf:Woods unhappy with USPGA performance
Nick Faldo shot a hole-in-one, the 10th of his career, at the start of the US PGA championship third round today.
Faldo aced the fourth hole at the Atlanta Athletic Club, bringing him to level par.
Tiger Woods is less happy with today’s play, as he returns nine adrift of halfway leaders Katayama and Toms.
Woods is currently two under par while Ian Woosnam birdied the fourth to go level par and Jose Maria Olazabal remains one over.
Ireland’s Paul McGinley, meanwhile, dropped from two under to level par with a disappointing 72 yesterday. McGinley is currently one under.
