Slade Valley Club professional John Dignam joined Challenge Tour players

Damian Mooney and Damian McGrane at the top of the leaderboard after the

36-holes £14,000 pro-am tournament at Tullamore to force a three-way share

of the honours.

The trio finished at six-under-par 134 with Dignam carding a final round 68.

However, it was McGrane who was the fastest mover of the day as he leaped

from joint fourth position to joint first, closing with a 67. Mooney was

second starting the last 18 holes following his opening 65 but he took four

more strokes to cover the final 18 holes.

Overnight leader David Walker who shot a course record 64 in the first round

slid to a 72 yesterday and had to be content with sixth place.
