European Open: Clarke is the early leader

Daren Clarke has gone into the lead at the Smurfit's European Open at the K club.

Clarke has carded a birdie on the 14th hole to be four under par.

He is one shot clear of Irish Open winner Colin Montgomerie who has played 13.
