English Open: Oldcorn opens play with share of lead
Just 10 days after he won the PGA championship, Andrew Oldcorn has a share of the lead going into the second round of the English Open at the Forest of Arden.
The 41 year-old had six birdies in a row on the way to a first round 67 leaving him on five under-par along with Australian Adam Scott.
They're a shot clear of Italian Marco Bernardini.
Ireland's Darren Clarke, bidding for a third successive title, could only manage a 74.
