Golf: British Masters fourth round result

In the British Masters at Woburn there was a tense four way play off to decide the winner after Mathias Gronberg, Thomas Levet, David Howells and Robert Karlsson all finished the game on fourteen under par.

Frenchman Levet finally won the tournament with an excellent display of putting to

take home the winner's cheque for more than £200,000.

It was a disappointing day for the Irish competitors in the field; Darren Clarke had a two over par final round of 74 to finish on one under par.

Meanwhile, Des Smyth finished on two over par and Eamonn Darcy, who had

an excellent first day, ended up on a disappointing 10 over par.
