Day of tie hole drama in Munster inter-club finals

Tie hole drama was the order of the day when the finals of three Munster inter-club competitions were decided over the weekend.

The Mixed Foursomes was decided in Doneraile’s favour at Gold Coast when Eddie Roche and Eileen Coleman got home at the 20th against Tramore’s Martin Walsh and Amanda O’Connor.

At the same tie hole only a few minutes previously, the Waterford club had levelled the overall match when John O’Brien and Ann Mitchell picked up their second point of a real thriller against Peter Dunne and Anna Cotter.
