Golf’s European PGA Tour gets underway with the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa this Thursday.

The event will be the first of 48 tournaments in 26 countries culminating in the $8 million DP World Tour Championship in Dubai.

The tour will also include golf’s first appearance at the Olympic Games since 1904, and the 41st Ryder Cup at Hazeltine, Minnesota.
