Upbeat Shane Lowry to tee it up with Tour superstars at BMW Open
Lowry returns to competition having finished as the joint-leading European alongside World No. 1 Rory McIlroy in sharing ninth place at last week’s US Open. It also equalled Lowry’s highest finish in a major after being joint ninth behind McIlroy in last year’s Open Championship.
And while disappointed in shooting a Chambers Bay last day 71, a clearly jet-lagged Lowry will tee up later today full of confidence.
