Nightmare return for Tiger as G-Mac opens with four under 68

Tiger Woods suffered a nightmare on his comeback to golf as he trailed in last in the first round of the Hero World Challenge.

Woods is 11 shots off the lead and in last place in the 18-man field by four shots after shooting a five over par 77 at the exclusive Isleworth Estate in Orlando last night.

The most eagerly-awaited comeback in golf was agony for the Hero World Challenge host, who sent his opening tee shot at the private gated community where he was a resident for more than a decade into a neighbour’s back yard en route to back-to-back bogeys.
