Poulter and Donald back McGinley

Ian Poulter and Luke Donald last night backed Paul McGinley to lead Europe at next year’s Ryder Cup. The pair took to twitter to support the Dubliner.

Poulter (@IanJamesPoulter) said: “It would be fantastic to have Paul Mcginley as the 2014 captain” while Donald (@LukeDonald) also gave the Irish man the seal of approval.

“I hope Paul McGinley gets his chance, he’s been an amazing Vice Captain and deserves an opportunity.”
