If there is one headline Graeme McDowell dearly wants to see in print this year it’s ‘G Mac wins a secondMajor’.

McDowell has spent the past five weeks splitting his time between 10 days at home with his family over the Christmas festive season and relaxing at his residence in Florida.

This year marks McDowell’s 10th anniversary on the European Tour but the former US Open champion is looking to celebrate the occasion by ending a now 15-month victory drought.
