Higgins wins Pro-Am

Overnight leader, David Higgins (Waterville) shot a two under par 70 to win the Philip Walton Dundrum House Pro-Am, finishing six under par with an overall score of 138, and received a €6,000 prize.

Pipped into second place, one shot behind, on five under was Francis Howley (71, 68) who won €4,000. Third was Conor Mallon (North West) whose four under (72, 68) earned him €2,750. James Heggarty (Spawell D.R.) came in fourth on three under.

Course designer Philip Walton (Quinn’s of Bagnalstown) finished fifth on one under (71, 72).
