Free golf lessons at Smurfit European Open

Youngsters interested in learning to play golf can receive a free lesson from a PGA professional by simply turning up at the Smurfit European Open from July 1-4.

Junior Golf Ireland (JGI), a partnership between the GUI, the ILGU and the Irish Region of the PGA, will be hosting free clinics at the K Club for players between six and 18 years of age.

Young golfers can simply turn up during the event or book a lesson in advance by contacting JGI regional development officer Olly Hodges on 0861743653.
