Martinez-Gray is Ladies’ champ

Kent golfer Elizabeth Martinez-Gray, a 14-handicapper at High Elms Golf Club, Kent was crowned Health Perception Ladies Champion of Great Britain & Ireland after a play-off on Wentworth’s West Course yesterday.

Elizabeth and Debbie Knight, who plays off 28 at Knighton Heath Golf Club, Dorset, tied for top spot with 31 stableford points apiece.

The sudden-death play-off lasted only one hole with victory going to Martinez-Gray.
