A former boys international and a former member of the Munster Youths Inter Provincial team, Martin Poucher (Limerick) won the 36 hole Castletroy Senior Scratch Cup yesterday.

He beat last year's Leinster and Munster Youths champion David Ryan (Grange) and twice winner Johnny Kavanagh of the home club by four strokes.
