THE outstanding behaviour of Munster rugby fans was mentioned during Padraig Harrington's press conference here yesterday.

Pádraig prefers noisy New Yorkers

He was waxing away eloquently on why he liked the buzz created by the golf fans of New York/New Jersey and how the extra noise they create didn't bother him at all.

He then expanded: "We have a rugby team in Ireland, Munster, and it's considered bad manners to make noise when a guy is taking penalties. And I think it's much harder to do things when it's quiet."
