She is still seeking a first win in five years on tour, but the South Korean's second round of 66 saw her move four shots clear of the field on 10 under par.

Louise Stahle, the Swede who has won the British Women's Amateur Championship for the past two years, shot a terrific seven-under-par 65 to stand in second place on six-under, while American Cristie Kerr was a further shot back on five-under after a 66.
