Greg Owen was third behind Masters champions Phil Mickelson and Mike Weir at Pebble Beach in February; Ian Poulter reached the semi-finals of the Accenture Match Play the same month, and Graeme McDowell took second at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill event.
