JP gets Owen for Invitational

Real Madrid star Michael Owen is the latest celebrity to agree to play at the JP McManus Invitational Golf Pro Am which will be held at Adare Manor Co Limerick next month.

The England striker confirmed yesterday that he would be doing his bit for Irish charity along with former Celtic manager Martin O'Neill.

Match of the day presenters Gary Lineker and analyst Alan Hansen will also be taking part.
