Han seals Safeway Classic title

South Korea’s Hee-Won Han produced a spectacular finish to clinch her third LPGA title in the Safeway Classic in Portland, Oregon.

Scot Janice Moodie was in the hunt all day until she ran up a horror double-bogey six at the final hole to fall back to seventh place and three shots outside the play-off featuring Han and Canada’s Lorie Kane.

Han holed an eight-foot birdie putt at the last for a 67 and set the nine-under-par target that was matched by a 70 from Kane.
