Tipperary stars John O’Dwyer and Cáit Devane get top awards at 2015 Munster GAA awards

Tipperary’s John O’Dwyer has been named the 2015 Munster GAA hurler of the year. The 24-year old will be honoured at the provincial council’s annual awards gala dinner in Dromoland Castle this Saturday.

O’Dwyer hit 12 points in Tipperary’s run to Munster championship glory this summer, their first since 2012; including 0-7 in the semi-final hammering of Limerick.

Another Tipperary forward, Cáit Devane, has been selected as the Munster GAA camogie player of the year.
