The Cork U20 hurling team for Wednesday’s Munster semi-final against Clare (Páirc Uí Chaoimh, 7.35pm) shows one change from the side that overcame the Banner last week.

John Murphy of Mallow, who was a second-half sub in the 4-19 to 2-21 win last Wednesday, is promoted to the starting team, with Cloyne’s James O’Brien dropping to the bench.

Murphy started Cork’s opening game of the Munster round-robin, but a straight red card just before half-time during that defeat to Tipp meant he was suspended for the subsequent Limerick clash.

He was thereafter used off the bench against both Waterford and Clare.

The winner of tomorrow’s clash will meet Tipp in the Munster decider on Wednesday of next week.
