Clare will face Offaly in the Banner's first ever Tailteann Cup tie. Paul Madden's side, beaten by Kerry last weekend in the Munster SFC, will entertain Offaly in their first round tie.

The draw was made live on GAA+ this afternoon, with teams draw first in each pairing having home advantage.

Limerick, beaten finalists last year, must travel to Wexford. 

Tipperary, well beaten by Cork on Saturday, go to Sligo, while Waterford have home advantage against London.

Leitrim, who almost upset Galway in the Connacht SFC last Saturday, must visit the 16th team in the competition, which will be Westmeath, Down, or Cavan, depending on next week's results.

Laois v Wicklow

Clare v Offaly

Carlow v Antrim

Wexford v Limerick

Team 16 v Leitrim

Sligo v Tipperary

Waterford v London

Games will be played on the weekend of May 9/10.
