The Tipperary county board has returned a small portion of its ticket allocation for Sunday’s Munster Senior Hurling Championship opener against Cork at Semple Stadium to the provincial council.
As a result, Munster GAA has made a limited number of stand tickets, along with terrace tickets for the Killinan End, available through Ticketmaster. A notice confirming that the tickets had gone on sale was circulated to Cork clubs.
Sunday's game, which will be refereed by Seán Stack, throws in at 4pm while earlier at 2pm, Clare face Waterford at Cusack Park in Ennis.
Meanwhile, both of the Munster U20 Football Championship games which were scheduled to be played on April 23 have been brought forward to April 22 with 7pm throw-in times. Cork play Waterford at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh while Kerry face Clare at Austin Stack Park.
