Meath had won a controversial two-point free to afford them the opportunity for a leveller, but instead of taking aim, the visitors went short and Seán Meehan got in to dispossess. Three minutes left.
Cork 1-23 Meath 1-21 with 64 minutes played. Meath had brought it back to a one-point game but Chris Óg Jones restores Cork's lead to two.
Jordan Morris kicks just wide an incredibly difficult two-point free from close to the stand sideline. Eoghan Frayne does the business from distance in the next play. Meath back to within three. Seven minutes left. Cork now ensconced in hanging on territory.
Mayo have beaten Monaghan 2-30 to 2-11. There was a significant contribution off the bench from Mayo debutant Kobe McDonald who scored 1-4.

Kilkenny have beaten Waterford 1-21 to 1-20.
Cork 1-22 Meath 1-16 after 58 minutes.
A few changes to report to the teams in the Athletic Grounds. Jason Duffy and Darragh McMullen are in for Tomas McCormack and Fergal O'Brien for Armagh, Aidan Forker comes on to the bench as well. Oisin Caulfield comes in for Shea Malone for Donegal but still no sign of Michael Murphy who is not on the panel after two cameos the last two weeks. Throw-in is at 3.45.
Cork's Ian Maguire has been sent off for an off the ball incident with Adam O'Neill. O'Neill initially held Maguire down. Maguire's reaction has seen him dismissed. Cork down to 14 for final 14 minutes.
Cork 1-20 Meath 1-14 with 54 minutes played. Another massive moment. Eoghan Frayne ball over the top. James Conlon collected inside the cover. He pulled the trigger, but the sting was taken out of his shot by a superb diving Seán Meehan block. Cork go down the field. Mark Cronin's kick hangs in the breeze. Colm O'Callaghan is underneath to gather and point. A Jordan Morris goal effort is then smothered before he points.
Kilkenny 1-18 Waterford 1-20 with 69 minutes played. Four points in a row has Waterford leading by two. A strange game where both teams have played better against the breeze.

A flurry of scores towards the end of the half brought Waterford to within a point before a Cian Kenny free doubled Kilkenny's lead. Kilkenny will have a strong breeze in the second half although Waterford are the type of team who like to play it short.

Move finishes with Dara Sheedy opting for a fisted point when there was a sniff of green. Cork have retained their opening two restarts. Point came off the first, a goal almost came off the second. There have been more wides than scores thus far in Kilkenny. The wind towards the Carroll Stand should be suiting Waterford but they have posted six of them. Kilkenny have struck five and dropped two short.
They are underway at Páirc Uí Rinn. Meath get the first point through Aaron Lynch but Cork hit back with a two-pointer from Mark Cronin and a point from Dara Sheedy. They lead 0-3 to 0-1.

There's been a goal for Kilkenny against Waterford. Martin Keoghan scores the first goal of the game. Dispossesses Aaron O'Neill and while his first shott was stopped by Billy Nolan, he followed up with a ground stroke to the net. The Cats lead 1-3 to 0-6 after 10 minutes.

There are also changes to the Meath team. Ronan Ryan start at full-back for the Royals, no All-Star Seán Rafferty. Cian McBride in in the half-forward line for Matthew Costello. Neither Rafferty nor Costello will tog. Conor Gray and James Conlon will wear No.3 and No.12 respectively.
Eoghan tells us a crowd of around 6,000 is expected at Páirc Uí Rinn for Cork's first competitive game at the ground in nearly two years.
