All-Star goalkeeper Brian Hogan has returned to the Tipperary hurlers training panel, the Nenagh Guardian reports.
Hogan, son of former Tipp keeper and All-Star Ken, has been travelling in recent years. He was the starting keeper when Tipp won the All-Ireland in 2019.Â
A surprise departure from the setup, for now at least, is Moyne-Templetuohy’s Conor Bowe, who played in the championship in 2025 against Limerick and Cork.
Kieran Cummins (Moycarkey/Borris), Gavin O’Halloran (Carrick Swan) and Danny Slattery (Clonoulty/Rossmore) are not involved either at the moment.
The All-Ireland champions have added seven of this year's winning U-20 side to Liam Cahill's winter panel: Mason Cawley (Nenagh Eire Og), Adam Daly (Knockavilla-Donaskeigh Kickhams), Joe Egan (Moycarkey/Borris), Cathal English (Father Sheehy’s), Tom Delaney (Borris-Ileigh), Cathal O’Reilly (Holycross/Ballycahill), and Adam Ryan (Arravale Rovers),
Jack Leamy of Golden Kilfeacle and Paddy Creedon of Thurles Sarsfields return to the panel.
Tipperary have two challenge matches in the coming weeks, against Limerick in Fethard on December 13 for the Dillion Quirke Foundation, and Kilkenny on December 20 in Templetuohy for Mary’s Meals.
